[Video Post. Illyria=text. Knox=text. Video starts. The screen is shaking a bit and a woman stands looking at the camera, her head tilted slightly. Her face shows no emotion and her cold blue eyes stare at whoever is watching this.]

I think I got it now, my king

And what is the purpose of this?

To announce your glorious presence, of course.

I see. To all who hear this. I am Illyria, Godking of the Primordium, Shaper of Things. I have arrived in this world in an manner that does not suit me. I demand a guide to this world. How does one escape it and who is to blame for my summoning?

It's no simple hello, but I think they get the message.

Good. Turn that infernal thing off. I tire of speaking to such a device.

You're the boss, boss.

Uh... Miss Godking, is it?

I'm Katherine Simmons. Mere mortal, leader of the Modern Arcane Guild of Investigation.

If you're here, it's because the god of this world, Yggdrasil, has chosen to call you in.

Your powers have likely been severely limited. I'm afraid I don't know WHY you're here, either. The running theory is that we've been pulled in to save the world, but there are too many people bent on destroying it for that to make sense.

Regardless, the only way you can get out is for Yggdrasil to decide it doesn't want you here any more.

Or to die, that seems to send most people home, only to turn back up later...

Katherine Simmons, I have already sensed my powers wane. And this Yggdrasil has done something I dislike very much. If there is no way to return to my previous world, what am I do to? This world is foreign to me. Explain it.

What my king means to say is, can you tell her exactly where we are?

As near as I can tell, this world is a computer simulation of a real world. I'm afraid I have yet to find a sufficient description that can pleased the old ones for such a thing, so... I can only hope that the description means something to you.

As for your exact location, I could only track you if you were near to me. However, your D-Comm has a map function, and your D-Reader has a tutorial for use that is both textual and somatic.

If you're asking for advice, I recommend that you find shelter for the immediate future so you can collect your bearings. I can send you lightpost data for a city, if you would like it. There are several lodgings in this world that cater to newly arrived tamers. That's what everyone who has a digimon partner is called.

[Illyria simply stares at Kat for a moment before looking to just behind the camera.]

Explain it Qwa Ha Xahn.

Well my king. What she means is we're in a world made of data. Numbers and information mostly. It's real but not. Its fake in a way. And if we are to survive, she says we need shelter and I'm a digimon now. Wait. You did say digimon right? As in, Digital World Digimon?"

That's right.

I'm going to assume that it's a fictional creation in your universe?

[The camera moves around to show a demidevimon trying desperately to hold the D-Comm while flying.]

Yeah! I used to watch it all the time when I was a kid. I stopped after the third season though. Kinda grew out of it. So, can I get the location marker to that hotel you talked about? I'm the my god would like a place to stay.

There are two. The Hyperion, of Neon City, has been open longer and has more tenants. However, Neon City has one of the highest crime rates in the digital world. The owner is a fellow by the name of Lorne.

The Gull Reef Hotel in Axoryi has had recent renovations, and is in a more peaceful part of the digital world, but there are fewer tamers there. The owner is chap named Neemon.

I'll send you both, just so you can choose.

[Attached: Lightpost Data for Neon City and Axoryi, and map data to show the locations of the respective hotels]

Lorne? Turn the device back to me Qwa ha Xahn.

[The camera pans back to Illyria, she is closer now, a bit too close. Only her face can be seen.]

Lorne. Is this being a demon? One with green skin and red horns. One who is obsessed with human entertainment and music?

That's correct. You know him?

Intersting.

I don't know him personally, but from what I do know, that sounds accurate.

Please tell me you're not someone who wants him dead.

The demon clown is simply one I know from my dimension. Interesting he would be here as well. I shall seek him out.

Right boss! I'm sure if he owns a hotel, he can give us a room.
